I checked the site and under Regidor/Parque y Mercado you will find Ingeniero Hector Duran Avelar, he’s my first cousin. His mom and my dad (deceased) were brother and sister. My aunt lives in San Jose 75% of the time and in Nochistlan the rest of the time.

I begin to write a summary of the the San Sebastian Feast, but my attempts to describe it could not do it justice to the essence of the feast. Instead, I suggest you go to the link above which describes in Spanish the Feast, its origin and the devotion of the people in Nochistlan.
