I just updated my files on Rootsweb.com They are primarily Zacatecas and Jalisco but some of the ancestors came from Michoacán so those records are there also. My file is called Mexico. My root person is my Father Chet Castanon and Mother Dolores Gutierrez. The Castanon’s were primarily in district of Jerez, Zac and the Gutierrez line is from Chilchota Michoacán and went into Zapotlan el Grande/Ciudad Gusman and then into Tamazula, Jalisco.
