I’m having a hard time trying to decipher exactly what my great-great-great grandfather’s birth record says. I know the following information:
“En la Iglesia Parroquial del pueblo de Tonalá, a veinte de Agosto de mil ochocientos nueve…… D. Jose Eugenio Moreno, bautizé solemnamente a José Lorenzo de Jesús…..hijo legítimo de Jose Maria Chavez y Maria Valentina…… Son Los abuelos paternos, Franco Chavez y Maria ??”
Some parts are easy to read, others are difficult. I feel I’m missing lots of information that I can’t make out. Help would be appreciated. (Jose Lorenzo de Jesús was the father of Cenobio Chavez, who was the father of Bernardino Chavez.)
