Batch Numbers Starting with "I"
This is what I did:
Access familysearch.org click on search –>click on IGI —>type in batch #,
region and last name only –> click on search.
When nothing came up, I then typed in the first name only, no surname, but
still used the batch # and region. That’s how I found it.
Apparently “g’ and “q” are being used when indexing the surname into the
LDS FHC files causing the spelling variation of that surname.

Emilie,
You may want to send an e-mail or phone SLC FHC, ask them to verify the
film number for that batch. That way you can verify if it’s the same film
that you have on permanent loan.

The batch numbers beginning with “I” are indexes. If the entry dissappears, from the IGI, you might want to try the Vital Records Index, and see if it is there.
