Hi all!

I was wondering if anyone has traced any Castañedas back to Spain. The farthest I’ve gotten with actual paperwork is to Hernando who was probably born in Zacatecas around 1680 (guessing).

I’ve also been on hiatus from genealogy for awhile and have kind of forgotten how to look at people’s info by surname. :-p I’m still figuring the new familysearch.org format.
