Dear Joseph,

I am not a member of Nuestros Ranchos (although I do have genealogical roots
in the three states through several of my lines, including the Ruiz de
Esparza), but often read some of the public posts (you have a wonderful
site!). I was actually doing research for someone else in Irapuato,
Guanajuato records and came across a document that may be helpful to your
member Daniel Mendez de Torres Camino. I remembered reading a post by Daniel
on NR that he had yet to find a baptismal or other evidence that his
ancestor, Sebastian Francisco Onate, was the child of Sebastian de Onate. I
came across a loose document in one of the baptismal books that names
Sebastian Francisco and his abuelos and bisabuelos. I was hoping you could
post it for Daniel in case it is helpful to him. I have attached it here,
image 126 from FHL film 62478 Irapuato Baptisms 1633-55, 1664-66.
