I have found some records in Moyahua (but only from 1814 on) I just hope they did not get destroyed during the Revolution. If you look under Matrimonios de Moyahua 1814-1823 image 2/100 indicates that “it was; Libro primero en el curato de Santiago de Moyahua erigido en la division hecha del de Juchipila…..” empezando Mayo de 1814 y hecha por Don Jose Feliciano de Sierra primer cura de ese partido. Guadalajara, Yahualica & Nochistlan are my next choices since they are fairly close to Juchipila.

I would try, Moyahua, Jalpa or Nochistlan, they are the 3 largest municipalities close to Juchipila. I know in my research for Nochistlan, I occasionally find records for Juchipila residents. Having said that, Jalpa is also short on records for those early years and Moyahua’s records begin in 1815 but they are the nearest Municipalities to Juchipila.
