Has there been a change in how to access the lists of Matrimonial Dispensations that Claudia and others have developed?

Has there been a change in how to access the lists of Matrimonial Dispensations that Claudia and others have developed? When I tried to access them I was told I needed a Google Acount; then I was told I must be invited to the blog. These have been invaluable and I was able to access them just this morning.
