I would suggest you download the Nuestros Ranchos user guide which has detailed instructions on uploading files to your folder.
The files you upload should ideally be in a standard genealogical format to make them easily understandable to other members. If you are using PAF or some other genealogical database program, simply print out an Ahenentafel or Registry report into RTF (rich text file) or as a PDF and then upload that file to your file folder and add a description of what is contained in the file in the description of your file folder.
