Is the GEDCOM tree submitted by a NR member open to additions/changes by other members of NR without notifying the original GEDCOM submitter?

I have about 4 entries in my GEDCOM tree file that contain names that I don’t even have in my PAF program.

These entries have a modified date of 15 Mar 2012.

Jose Patricio Salamanca Hernandez (12038)
Fernando Hernandez (12036)
Ma. Refugio Hernandez
There’s one with no name but a number of (12040)

If this is the case, then I’d like to remove my GEDCOM file from NR…and submit a modified version in a pedigree chart format…
