I have fond out that Juan de Araisa y Medina wrote a will before he died in 1665 in Aguascalientes. Any idea as to how to find it?

Hola a todos:

Acabo de averiguar que Juan de Araisa y Media dejó testamento antes de morir en 1665 en Aguascalientes. Su hijo Hernando de Araisa fue uno de sus albaceas. Alguien sabe si hay forma de encontrar el testamento?
