Hello to everyone. Can anybody take a minute and check this record? I’m unsure on what a surname is:

The record I’m looking at is the second from the last, the baptism of Aniceta Gertrudis Bonal. What I’m trying to figure out is the surname of the godmother, Maria Anna (?). I’m just assuming that the godfather Silvestre Gutierrez is related to Gertrudis’s mother, Ysabel Gutierrez. Knowing the godmother’s surname might help me find additional information about my Gutierrez line.
