Current spelling: nació a veintiocho de octubre de este año. Fueron padrinos Nicolás de Acosta y María Martínez, todos vecinos y españoles de esta jurisdicción. Advertiles la obligación y parentesco.

Translation: was born on the 28th of October of this year. The godparents were Nicolas de Acosta and Maria Martinez; all of them neighbours and Spaniards from this jurisdiction. I adverted them about their obligations and kinship.
