I am looking for information regarding the town of Atoyop in Jalisco.? I am also looking for information on Blas Cruz Cruz who was born there.?

I am looking for information regarding the town of Atoyop in Jalisco.? I am also looking for information on Blas Cruz Cruz who was born there.? I am unsure of where to go for further research.? I can not find the town on any maps of Jalisco and this man would have been born between 1930 and 1945.? If any one can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.
