I plan to take time over the next week to go through the records for late 1600’s and early 1700’s in Jerez. I will be looking primarily for Rodarte, Caldera, de Avila, and Munoz.

I plan to take time over the next week to go through the records for late 1600’s and early 1700’s in Jerez. I will be looking primarily for Rodarte, Caldera, de Avila, and Munoz. If anyone would like me to keep an eye open for their ancestors, send me the last name to look for and I will point you towards any records I come across.

I typically only focus on records for Spanish and Mestizo. Just helps to speed things up.

Here are the two files I plan to look at:

https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1-15671-68010-21?cc=1410092&wc=6835293

https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1-15068-63024-0?cc=1410092&wc=6809453

You can email the names to me at rm1jr@yahoo.com

I have an ancestor from there named Bernardo de Marungo, son of Agustin de Marungo and Gertrudis Ruiz de Esparza. If any of these surnames turn up, please let me know.
