I am seeking the names of their parents. (It appears that records for this time period have been omitted from the LDS digitized Mexico Records.)

I searched for film 639756 which gave me Matrimonios 1690

I happened to have that in this spreadsheet

which gave me an idea more or less which image number the marriage should be
found.
In the online images there is a volume Matrimonios 1690-1768
In that volume I found the record you are looking for –
