I have recently identified Juana Macias Valades, wife of Lucas Contreras, as
the mother of Bernardo Contreras, my 6ggfa, as listed in his marriage record
of 11 Feb 1733 in Teocaltiche, Jal., to Feliciana Alonzo de Ynojos. I have
noted a lot of conversation re earlier Macias Valadas individuals, and
wonder if any of you have information on this one. Any leads would be
appreciated.
