David here. I have a question about The LDS Family Tree online. Has anyone used this. Please post your experience with it please post your opinion. Does this have any thing to do with Family Tree Maker software.

Although I use FS all the time and it helps me considerably in my research, I
have not used the family tree. I have actually just started mine and edited my profile and my husband, and that is all for now. I do plan on creating my tree there on FS eventually. My family tree is on Ancestry.com.

I have a tree on family search, since I am a member of the church that is the only way to add my family name to have their work done. But I have a main tree on genealogy.com and also have two trees, my mom’s side and my dad’s side, on tribalpages.com I use the family search tree only for the church. It’s not that bad of a tree and when you sign up for it it will ask if you are a member of the church or not.
