Thank you to those members who responded to me and clarified some points for me. The book that I am looking for is not on Tepetongo, but rather another book by the same author with a similar name but on Jerez and Monte Escobedo. I have been told that this book was just recently published.

José León Robles de la Torre
Filigranas Fundaciones y Genealogia Jerez, Susticacan y Monte Escovedo

I just got this book in the mail today, having purchased it through George Farias’ Borderlands Books:

José León Robles de la Torre
Filigranas Fundaciones y Genealogia Jerez, Susticacan y Monte Escovedo

I had attempted to purchase it through the author directly but he wanted the money wired to him via Western Union and $36 in shipping charges so it came out to more than $100, which is what George charges for it.

Anyhow, it is very poorly laid out, the genealogical tables are hand-drawn and nearly incomprehensible. Furthermore, it is very poorly documented, not showing sources for much of the information and much of the genealogical information contained therein is simply wrong, as Leticia Salazar has pointed out about the author’s previous publication on Tepetongo.

Just my two cents because I would not like for others to spend their hard-earned money on something that may not be worthwhile.
