I located a proposed marriage for Thomas Romo de Vivar; HL of Maximo?

I located a proposed marriage for Thomas Romo de Vivar; HL of Maximo? de Vivar and Luisa de Los Angeles and Juana Peres in a document in the Informaccion Matrimonial 1676-1710; Image: 100 Juana Peres is widow of Lucas Ruis de Esparsa. Among those giving witness is Miguel Ruis de Esparsa and Christoval Ruis de Esparsa who mentions that Lucas was his blood brother. Does anyone have a clue as to who were their parents?
