Does anyone know if there are 17th and 18th century census lists of haciendas in Aguascalientes, Zacatecas, and Jalisco?

Does anyone know if there are 17th and 18th century census lists of haciendas in Aguascalientes, Zacatecas, and Jalisco? I have reached a dead end in searching for Aguayos in San Jose de Gracia, Aguascalientes at about 1800. Since some of my ancestors are listed as indios, I thought I may be able to find them listed on haciendo roles, if such a thing exists.
