I seem to have let a spammer into the group by accident.

I seem to have let a spammer into the group by accident. The emails being
sent to the group should not be opened or any of the links with clicked on.
I’m trying to figure out how to remove these from the group but that
information escapes me. Your advice would be welcome. I’m trying to figure
this out.
