Would anyone be able to take a look at the record of Jose (at the bottom left of the page) and tell me what are the names of his grandparents?

Would anyone be able to take a look at the record of Jose (at the bottom left of the page) and tell me what are the names of his grandparents? I can’t the paternal grandmother’s last name, I think her first name is Lucia, and I can’t decipher his maternal grandparents’ first names aside from his grandmother’s Garcia last name.

I would appreciate if you could take a look.
