Please upload your pictures. I would love to see them. That is one of the reasons why we put up the albums function on the site. I think there are a number of people who are members of the group who have never had a chance to see what the region that we are researching looks like and it would probably be very precious for them (and me and others) to see your photos.

with the new site we have vastly more file space than in my miserly
Yahoo days. Yahoo was limiting us in more than one way. We have more
space and now we seem to be visible now that we’re outside the Yahoo
curtain. Lately we’ve seen an increase of interest in joining Nuestros
Ranchos at least 50-100% more than what was seen while a Yahoo group.

DreamHost service plan I’ll accept donations. Right now I’ve got it
covered. Here are our figures:

Available is 1/2 of 22900MB since I’ve got my NuestraFamiliaUnida
podcast on it as well. So 1/2 is 11450MB and we haven’t reached 1000MB
yet. So we can grow roughly 10 times larger than we are now before I
start sweating like I was on the Yahoo group.

If you think you can fill up 125 GB with podcasts on your other site, then yes, we only have 1/2 of the 250GB on your plan for this site. As far as I can tell we have less that 800MB used between the two sites… and that includes a fair deal of material that can be deleted (i.e. files I uploaded when building the site that are no longer needed). I think the Nuestros Ranchos site takes up less than 500MB now so we could theoretically store 20x the amount of data we currently have and more if Joseph is generous and lets this site use more than half of his disk space.
