I have found the painting of Juan Olivan Rebolledo.
He was an Oidor of the Real Audencia Government of Guadalajara (Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico) that had jurisdiccion over several provinces including Texas.
He married the youngest daughter of Conde of Hacienda de San Mateo of Valparaiso, Zacatecas, Mexico – Don Fernando De La Campa y Cos. They had married in 1724 in the Ciudad de Zacatecas.
he was also elected as Governor of Texas.
