I located the record of my 4ggpts’ mg record from Nochistlan, Zac:

14 Feb 1770 Julio Joseph de Rubalcaba, hl of Juan Manuel R and Antonia Garcia, and Maria de la Encarnacion Quesada, hl of Manuel de Aguirre and Gertrudis Ximenez.

I found the mg of Manuel de Aguirre and Ana Gertrudis Ximenez, 2 Feb 1738 in Nochistlan online (along with 4 children but not Maria de la E.) and will look it up next week. I’m hoping there is a Quesada listed there to explain Maria de la Encarnacion’s use of the surname. I have numerous records of Julio’s and Maria’s chidren baptisms, all listing Quesada as her surname, so the Aguirre is a bit of a surprise. Does anyone happen to have any of these people in their family tree? Thanks for checking.
