I think it says Fermina (probably named after St. Fermin)

I had some reservations on the Fermina translation. On the Image before this (Image 13 of 161) In entry 16 the F in Fabian seems to confirm the Fermina Translation.But I have been unable to find any information on this couple. Jose Maria Serna and Fermina Valdivia.
