Hola Armando,I have been looking for Juan Escoto and Maria Ramirez married in San Juan de Los Lagos. I believe (no proof) that Juan Escoto is son of Juan Escoto Tovar and Maria Morales and his wife Maria Ramirez was also named Maria Arias de Valdez,but no proof. I checked out the birth records children of this couple utlizing Maria Ramirez’s name using familysearch.org/seach/collection/list. The padrinos of the children had names of Ramirez,Arias,Morales and Valdez,but this is just a conclusion I made,still no proof or verification.
