Sandoval, the report we run that lays out names and descendants by generation is called an Ahnentafel report. In Familytree Maker you will find it like this:

1) make sure your main person (or person for whom you want to pull a report for) is selected (dark blue)

2) in the main menus at the top click on the “publish” logo

3) under “publication types” menu on the left, select “genealogy reports”

4) then double-click on “ahnentafel” and the program will begin to work. once the report is viewable on the screen, the menu on the right can help you to make adjustments such as: selecting how many generations to include and whether you want a colorful design as a backdrop (these come with the program).
