This dispensation is found in Arturo Ramos Pinedo’s book, “Familias Antiguas de Tlaltenango” on page 74.

This dispensation is found in Arturo Ramos Pinedo’s book, “Familias Antiguas de Tlaltenango” on page 74. I looked at the original dispensation via Family Search, and I believe that at least one of the surnames is incorrect in Arturo’s book. The witnesses’ surname was printed in Arturo’s book as Andrés de Cabrera, but I am almost certain that it is actually Andrés de Talabera. Here is a link to the original dispensation:

Also, I am also very interested in deciphering the madrina’s surname. Arturo has it listed as Isabel Estrada or Andrade. I agree with her first name being Isavel, but I believe her surname may not be Estrada or Andrade. All I can decipher is the end of here surname being “…drada”.

Any help from other members and/or Arturo would be appreciated.

Thanks
