Looking for my grandfather born in Tlalcosahua, Jalisco, Mexico in 1894 +- 2 years. When I try to access film around the year he would of been born a IGI is not available in any of the subject towns.

Looking for my grandfather born in Tlalcosahua, Jalisco, Mexico in 1894 +- 2 years. When I try to access film around the year he would of been born a IGI is not available in any of the subject towns. How can I access these records. I have found many of his family in Tlalcosahua, records thru Family Search but I’m not finding him Bernardo Lopez Huizar. His father’s Last name (Lopez) his mother’s last name (Huizar)Any in-put from any one would be helpful.
