With all the information that exists on toribio, his wife, and children, I have not seen or heard of any documents that state for sure who his parents are . Without those documents you must rely on all the other information put together, and, even though it is not definitive, leads to a high probabilty as to who his parents are.
I believe that it is more a question as to who his wifes parents are though again, looking at all given information it is highly probable that they were second or third cousins. I have read statements by other genealogists that I believed to be true at one time but feel that more evidence is needed to convince me. I believe that they were second cousins but again there is something I have to clear up, hopefully in the near future.
