Hello, is there a connection between the names Velasco and Villalbazo?

Hello, is there a connection between the names Velasco and Villalbazo? Last night when I was working on my 3rd great-grandmother’s family, I discovered that she had children before my 2nd great-grandfather. When my 2nd great-grandfather Manuel Asebes was born, her name was listed as Maria Urzula Villalbazo and her father was shown as Francisco Xavier Villalbazo. It was shown this way for Manuel and his younger siblings. But when I found older siblings last night her name was shown as Maria Urzula Velasco and her father was Francisco Velasco. This was in Sayula, Jalisco, Mexico in the early 1800s. I appreciate any thoughts you might have about this. Thank you.
