I can read all but the name of the town in this document; can someone fill in the missing word? “… Domingo Gerrero [Guerrero] español originario, y vesino de la siudad de __?__ del Reino de la Nueva España …”.
I should be most grateful. I’m not going to prejudice anyone by posting my guess as to what this name might be.

I couldn’t understand the name of the city. Perhaps you could search if this marriage has the corresponding Información Matrimonial, maybe they wrote it there more clearly.

All I could make out were the first four letters (Tete…..). I couldn’t be sure about the others. I even compared the word with the Cubas book, but I didn’t see anything promising. Good luck!

I think it is this priests way of writing Tetxcoco or Texcoco. Just like Tepatitlán used to be spelled Tecpatitlán.

Victoriano, Rosa, y yo no tuvimos problemas de dar con el registro. Es la ultima entrada lado derecho. Con esa información no se tiene que adivinar ni la parroquia ni la fecha. La parte arriba de la página da el estado, ciudad, y parroquia del libro. Por lo mismo muchos preferimos enlaces con los nombres de los novios en caso de matrimonio y del hijo en caso de bautismos. La colocación del registro ayuda mas pero no siempre es necesario.
