Joseph, it just struck me. I think perhaps your “yn not” is the priest’s abbreviation of “ignoto,” unknown, or no conocido, in the spelling and intonation of the time.

Thanks Gloria both you and Thelma Zavala sent me this same message about
“ignoto”. . .probably this is correct.
