Are there any online sources of information or portals where records can
be requested for the 1968 and 1969 time period for Altas Palmas, Jerez,
Zacatecas? I have a person who is trying to confirm their own date of
birth and I don’t know where he would write to request documents.
Information that can be requested Online or via the Postal system is
what I’m trying to obtain for this person.
