Hola amigos,
I am looking for some good menu ideas/recommendations for Easter dinner.
We are going to attempt making tamales (California style). And there will be frijoles. But I am looking for additional side dishes.
We haven’t attempted such a menu in a few years (and then I had the expert assistance of my sister to make the tamales, but she can’t be here this year).
If you have any good ideas, could you please share. Gracias.
