I came across this article – while searching for something unrelated to cooking. I thought it would be of interest.

I came across this article – while searching for something unrelated to cooking. I thought it would be of interest.

The lead-in reads: “In rural Zacatecas, Mexico, a young writer explores his heritage by cooking the rustic, boldly flavored dishes of the region.”

In truth, I have not read the entire article, so I can’t provide a critique.
