My name is Tony Diaz… I live in Chicago, born and raised on the South Side
(southeast, near the Indiana border). Any South Side Mexicans here with
roots in Zacatecas?

My grandfather was born in or around Momax, about 1890 or so. He emigrated
in 1910 work in the then-booming steel industry here in the city. If anyone
is or has ancestors from this area, any information you can provide to help me
with my budding research project would be much appreciated.
