So yesterday I went out and bought a bunch of used tapes and a tape recorder for my research.

So yesterday I went out and bought a bunch of used tapes and a tape recorder for my research. I played the first tape and it really broke my heart, an elderly woman( who was in her 80s I’m guessing) was talking about her life in the early 20s and through the depression . She was talking about her life because she ” feared she didn’t have much more time”. It’s sad to hear a lost piece if someone’s family history just go like that. What should I do? I don’t want to record over it .
